The drawing power of next month’s Brityrex International exhibition in Manchester shows no sign of weakening as exhibitors continue to seek last-minute opportunities to promote their brands and services. Among recent signings are UK retreader Kingpin Tyres, TPMS specialist Tyresure, tyre service and consumables supplier Tyre Bay Direct, and Dutch tyre distributor Euro-Tyre B.V.
Kingpin Tyres, the Shropshire based retreader, will be exhibiting its new range of run-flat tyres at Brityrex, with six popular new sizes marketed under the Kingpin brand. The company, which celebrates its 40th anniversary in 2013, is seeing the benefits of recent capital investment in tyre building equipment at its Wem factory.
Tyresure will be taking advantage of the topicality of impending TPMS legislation with the launch of the TECH TPMS website (www.techtpms.com) a complete e-commerce solution for Tyre Pressure Monitoring System compatibility and fitment information.
Functionality is focussed towards distributors of Tech and Trueflex Pang, with visitors to the site able to find information for OE parts from companies including Schrader, VDO, Huf Beru and ATEQ, as well as the latest Tech replacement sensors and Tech OE service kits.
Tyresure MD Ian Smith says: “The Tech TPMS website is continually updated to ensure that anyone, from interested vehicle owners, independent or multisite tyrebays, and TECH Europe or Trueflex Pang Distributors, can easily find replacement TPMS parts or equipment. It is arguably the most innovative and accurate TPMS compatibility checker available anywhere online.”
Leigh Stote, Tyre Bay Direct’s sales and marketing director, explains his company’s involvement with the show: “Being heavily internet and mail order based we welcome opportunities to meet new and existing customers at events such as Brityrex to build stronger relationships with our ever-expanding customer base.”
The company’s main attractions will be their Unite machine packages, along with displays of consumable and garage equipment, which includes a strong TPMS showing. Another feature will be Uniflate nitrogen systems, which are installed in thousands of tyre centres in the UK, and the launch of the Nitrofill Auto Club.
A fourth new exhibitor is Dutch tyre import-exporter Euro-Tyre B.V (Stand 57). Drawing on an inventory of 450,000 units, Euro-Tyre will be seeking distributors for its ranges of Infinity, Nankang, Maxxis, Westlake and premium brand lines.
TREAD magazine is also exhibiting on Stand No. 2/3 at Brityrex
