Get spaced out with the latest wheel spacer release from Forge Motorsport for the VW Amarok. Featuring a 5x120mm PCD and the all-important 65.1mm centre bore that blesses the alloy spacers with the vital hub centric classification to make wheel fitment that little bit easier once offered up to the hubs, they’re sure to increase track width or clear uprated brake calipers and massive brake discs with millimetric perfection.
They won’t just improve the mythical quality of ‘stance’ by forcing your wheels out to fill the ‘arches, you’ll also notice a more planted feel at the helm as a result of the slight track width increase.
Available in 16mm and 20mm widths the application list covers VW Amarok, VW T5 Transporter and T6 Transporter, not just for aesthetics, but also for improved reassurance at the helm.
Machined in the UK and anodised black to inhibit corrosion and bonding of the wheel or spacer to hub, and machined with an alloy spigot to allow centering on the hub (often called “hub-centric” spacers), they’re sure to be the only solution needed if aftermarket wheels are proving problematic in the fitment department, or hitting on the often monster brake hardware.
If increasing attitude means that you have to roll with a hella-flush gap between wheel and ‘arch then the Forge spacers could be just the ticket for millimeter perfect perfection. Simply add super gnarly all-terrain tyres and a drastic whack with the raised suspension stick to increase both altitude and thereby the attitude.
Priced and sold in pairs they don’t come with the extended wheel bolts almost certainly necessary to secure your wheels to the hub and ensure safe motoring as you set the horizon as your destination. Please ensure that you get enough threads to bite through the spacers and into the hubs before setting off as using the existing bolts.
